Having operated in the Western Australian Pilbara since 2007, Linkforce have developed the practice of ‘we live where we work’ and have aligned our business operations accordingly to build significant operational infrastructure close to our regional work fronts. Linkforce was founded in 2007, starting our journey a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Currently our workforce has over 1,900 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles, plant & equipment that now operate nationwide.
As a privately owned business, our founder has established a set of core values that have been a key attribute to our continual growth and success, anchoring every aspect of our business. Our core values are; People, Unity, Agility, Determination & Delivery. These values define who we are and how we operate.
