Our People at Scale

With a workforce of more than 3,500 multi skilled personnel nationwide, Linkforce has the depth and flexibility to meet changing operational demands. Our people span a wide range of trades and disciplines, enabling us to self-perform work across the full delivery lifecycle.

Clear workforce structures and defined leadership roles provide accountability at every level, supporting consistency across sites and regions.

Forward Workforce Planning

Effective mobilisation starts well before boots hit the ground. Our workforce planning function forecasts demand across clients, sites and regions, identifying labour requirements, capability gaps and training needs early.

This forward view supports cost certainty, workforce continuity and safe, sustainable rostering across all projects.

Mobilisation with Control

We manage end to end mobilisation across all clients and locations. Dedicated planning and compliance teams coordinate workforce allocation, travel, accommodation and site access, ensuring all role, site and client requirements are met before arrival.

This approach reduces delays, supports efficient starts and enables rapid scale up when needed, whether mobilising core crews for long term work or responding to major shutdown events.

Leadership Embedded on Site

Experienced site-based leaders strengthen planning and mobilisation. Superintendents, Supervisors and Leading Hands provide operational oversight and real time decision making on site.

Developed from within the business, our leaders understand our systems, standards and client expectations, helping translate plans into consistent delivery.

Safety and Workforce Readiness

Safety is considered in every mobilisation decision. Planning accounts for fatigue, role suitability, compliance and site risk to ensure our people are prepared and supported before they arrive on site.
