Linkforce's workforce spans a broad range of trades, disciplines and specialist services, from mechanical, electrical and fabrication trades through to scaffolding, rope access, project management and engineering.
This diversity of capability allows us to self-perform work across the full delivery lifecycle, maintaining quality, consistency and accountability from planning through to execution.
Training and Competency
Linkforce operates its own Registered Training Organisation, Workforce Training Centre WA, delivering nationally accredited training from a purpose-built facility in Western Australia.
Our training programs cover high risk work licences, safety, supervision, leadership and specialist technical competencies, ensuring our workforce remains qualified, current and prepared for changing operational requirements.
Through ongoing training and development, we support both workforce capability and long-term career progression.
Onboarding and Engagement
We believe a strong start lays the foundation for long term success. Every new employee is supported through a structured onboarding process that includes premobilisation preparation, site induction and ongoing engagement throughout their journey with Linkforce.
Our Buddy Program pairs new starters with experienced team members, helping them build confidence, understand expectations and become part of the Linkforce culture from day one.
