Linkforce Secures Multi-Year Extension of Master Service Agreement with BHP

BHP has extended its Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Linkforce for Mechanical, Electrical and Scaffolding Services across its Western Australia Iron Ore (WAIO) operations, confirming a further three years of work through to 2028.

This new extension continues the three-year MSA awarded in 2020 and the subsequent extension in 2023, demonstrating the consistent performance, capability and reliability of Linkforce teams across multiple operational sites.

Under the extended term, Linkforce will continue to deliver key services that support the safe and efficient execution of shutdowns and maintenance. The agreement provides continuity of work for our people and supports long-term workforce planning across the Pilbara.

Steven King, Operations Manager (BHP) at Linkforce, said the extension reflects the longevity and growth of the partnership between the two organisations.

“Our partnership with BHP started at Area C back in 2010 and has grown steadily across WAIO over more than a decade,” he said. “This extension recognises the trusted role our teams play across multiple sites and sets us up to continue supporting operations into the future.”

Collectively, this extension reinforces Linkforce’s role as a long-term maintenance partner to BHP and supports the reliable delivery of critical iron ore operations across Western Australia.
