Overview
As primary subcontractor to Nepean Conveyors, Linkforce delivered the fabrication, construction and commissioning of two overland conveyors and associated transfer stations as part of Roy Hill's ROM 4 expansion project. Spanning 8.3km and capable of transferring ore at 9,780tph, the system included a major road crossing structure over Marble Bar Road, electrical infrastructure, and brownfield tie-ins to existing operations. The project demonstrated Linkforce's capability to deliver large-scale materials handling infrastructure through an integrated, multi-disciplinary delivery model.

Outcome
Linkforce successfully delivered a critical component of Roy Hill's ROM 4 expansion, constructing two overland conveyors with a combined belt length of 16.6km, along with associated transfer stations, switch rooms and supporting infrastructure. The completed system increased ore handling capacity and demonstrated Linkforce's capability to deliver complex, large-scale conveying projects from fabrication through to commissioning.
