Linkforce has been awarded a key package of work within Rio Tinto’s Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project, strengthening our involvement in one of Western Australia’s most significant iron ore hubs. This award reflects Rio Tinto’s confidence in our technical capability and our proven performance across complex project scopes and large-scale construction programs.

The Conveyor and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Package encompasses extensive electrical upgrades alongside fabrication, procurement, subcontracting, construction and commissioning activities. Spanning more than 15 months, this work represents a substantial program in the current market and further reinforces Linkforce’s position as a leading project and integrated services provider across the resources sector.

With a long history of successful delivery throughout the Karratha region and the broader Pilbara, this award highlights the depth of our partnership with Rio Tinto and the quality of outcomes consistently achieved by our people.

Mobilisation to site is planned for June 2025, with completion targeted for August 2026. The project will create sustained, rostered work opportunities for Western Australians and support ongoing growth within the mining construction and electrical services fields.

Working collaboratively with Rio Tinto and Sedgman Onyx, Linkforce will continue to share updates and milestones as the project progresses.
